Good Morning Yoga — Breathe the fresh air and greet the morning with gentle stretching and energizing standing postures for balance and strength. This class is designed to connect to nature, to your body and to your breath in a gentle flow of postures suited for all. If at any time you come to a place in the class that is not do-able, just relax, breathe and enjoy the beauty of nature and the sounds of the waves. Then join back when you are ready. There are no rules, no judgments, just fun connecting to nature and your practice.
Bring a blanket or sheet and plan to smile and have fun!

Yoga's Sun Salutations are among the most refined and effective movement meditations for health and well-being ever created. Practicing Sun Salutations in the morning is a wonderful way to awaken your body, to stretch and to say good morning to each of your muscles. Sun Salutations give you a lot of power. It’s an energetic sequence designed to make you strong, powerful, glowing and confident.

Sunset is a magical time. Practicing yoga on the beach as we watch the sun set over the ocean is a truly transformative and beautiful experience. An evening yoga practice helps us to slow down, focus inward and gently transition from day to night.
Relax and re-new as you release the stresses of the day. Clear your mind and move your body with a flow of yoga postures, deep breathing and gentle stretching as you soothe your soul in a moving meditation while the sun sets.

Followed by a guided relaxation to restore the body and the mind.

Slow Flow & Yin Yoga
All Levels with Lata
Slow Flow Yoga is a combination of Hatha Vinyasa and Yin, and it offers the potential for deep relaxation and deliberate stillness while holding a posture a little longer and moving slowing and intentionally.
This practice will encourage physical and emotional healing as well as encourage connection of mind and body for a profound sense of inner peace and overall well-being. Holding the supported postures for a longer period of time will slowly strengthen and invite a deeper relaxation in the muscles and the deep connective tissues of the body where most of the tightness and tension is stored.
You are guaranteed to cultivate a sense of spaciousness and levity!

This class is for Every Body, beginner to advanced. Take this time to replenish your body, mind and spirit with relaxing, supported postures, held longer to give your body time to relax and tension to dissolve.

Flow & Balance
Open to All Levels
Beginning with warm ups and slow spiraling movements to warm the muscles and open the flow of energy and circulation through the body. Building fluidity and grace in our movements.
Now we begin to build our balance with balancing techniques, balancing postures, some standing and some on our mat, slowly building strength in our core, legs and back and steadiness in our body and mind. We will continue each week to repeat the same balancing techniques and poses to build confidence before moving on to other balance poses. Always ending with deep stretching and relaxation. Slow Flow and Balance is available for all levels.
Moderate with Lata
Strengthen and tone the whole body with the help of a few props. A workout for the whole body. Must have prior yoga experience.
This class offers healing support for stress, anxiety, depression, fatigue, injuries, pain and much more.
You will learn QiGong movement exercises, standing and seated meditations and focused breath work to cultivate greater levels of Qi (Energy) while building new pathways in your brain.
This class is suitable for all and will provide you with the tools you need for your own healing.
Sound Therapy with Crystal Healing Bowls

Your body is in perfect health when your energy is in perfect health — it thrives in a flow of healthy energy.
Crystal bowl therapy, therapeutic yoga, meditative movement, guided imaginary, deep relaxation and breath heals on every level — physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
Through the vehicle of sound, one can transcend fear, anxiety, pain, suffering, energetic blocks and so much more. Clarity, knowledge and wisdom flow effortlessly when we are in a peaceful, composed and alert state, and our body heals itself naturally.
Sound vibration and tones from the crystal bowls emit a healing frequency that reverses disease and promotes soul and emotional restoration. We may not fully understand on a rational level, but our cells understand. When you relax and absorb the healing tones and vibrations, your body tunes in the frequency. All of the cells in your body will start to resonate with this healing vibration.
The singing crystal bowls help to still the mind, allowing us to be at peace and in the awareness of our essence — in tune with Pure Consciousness!
The crystal bowls remind us of who we truly are, not separate from the Absolute. As we relax and listen to the singing bowls, our entire brain illuminates allowing the right and left hemispheres to communicate together, new neural pathways develop. Leaving you feeling at peace and content and fully aware and present.
The crystal bowls are singing gifts from Mother Earth herself, made of quartz crystal. They are a modern version of healing tools that have been used since ancient times. As the bowls are tapped and played, their quartz crystal matrix vibrates. This sound vibration spirals outward in an ever-widening circular path that travels to infinity. Not only are you able to hear the tones, but you can actually feel the vibrations. They resonate with the crystalline structure of the body as well as its subtle template also known as the aura. The bowls are tuned to our musical scale and each note correlates with different energy centers in the body. These centers in turn correspond to different body systems, organs and endocrine glands all the way down to the cellular level. Disease is caused by "disharmony" in the body. By allowing the pure melodious vibrations to flow through your body, you begin to harmonize and essentially become more "in tune." This has an overall positive effect on your being.
Please bring a small towel to place on your bolster, and please bring a mat.
Mats can be rented for $1 at the Studio. We also sell mats at the studio $25.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class. We start promptly, and then the door will be locked.

Yoga Nidra — A time to relax, restore and renew with a deep, guided meditation that will take you into the deepest levels of relaxation. Through the use of guided imagery, breath awareness and now the healing sounds of the crystal bowls, Yoga Nidra will help to alleviate not only muscular tensions, but also mental and emotional stress, healing the body, mind and spirit bringing you into balance, harmony and peace.
Open to all ages. Bring your favorite blanket and pillow.
Restorative Yoga and Guided Meditation
with Healing Sound Vibrations of the Crystal Bowls

This class will offer relaxing breathing techniques along with restorative postures that include holding to help release deep tension and tightness within the body. Return to wholeness as you're guided into a gentle flow of restorative postures accompanied by the healing vibrations of the crystal bowls.
This deeply healing flow will aid in the removal of negative energy and blocks in the flow of energy in your body and mind. Your body, mind and spirit will be cleansed and balanced, which will help you to heal from fatigue, tension and fear and open you to higher energetic experiences.
Many of our classes are full during season. Pre-registration for specified classes is mandatory so that we can comfortably accommodate all students while maintaining the sacred space.
