Sangha is a Sanskrit word that means “community.” In particular, it refers to a community of people with a common goal or purpose. At Loving Light Yoga & Healing Center, we come together as a community of persons who support each other in the practice of yoga and meditation to cultivate mindfulness, compassion and personal growth in whatever form it manifests.

Please consider a donation that reflects the value that these teachings bring to your daily life. Your contribution also helps us to produce videos, DVDs and CDs as well as maintain the website, offer free and/or donation-based yoga on Englewood Beach, and helps us pay vendor fees and insurance.
