Sangha is a Sanskrit word that means “community.”  In particular, it refers to a community of people with a common goal or purpose.  At Loving Light Yoga & Healing Center in Englewood, Florida, we come together as a community of persons who support each other in the practice of yoga and meditation to cultivate mindfulness, compassion and personal growth in whatever form it manifests.
