Gentle Yoga for Flexibility

90-Minute Class

​

This class consist of a gentle yoga flow of postures with emphasis on proper deep stretching, increasing flexibility in the hips, spine, shoulders, and joints and focused breathing and centering, toning the muscles and increasing mobility.  Followed by a guided relaxation to restore and balance body and mind.  Open to all levels.
