A creative blend of movement and meditation through a sequence of postures (Asanas), Mudras, Breath (Pranayama), body locks (Bandhas), Sun Salutations, balance and standing postures for strength and deep stretching for flexibility that flow together to unite body, mind and breath.
Balancing and nourishing all the systems of the body. A purification of body and mind. A guided relaxation (Yoga Nidra) allowing you to relax and re-new, resting in the calm and peaceful stillness within, integrating body, mind and spirit.
No two classes are exactly the same. Class flows with the needs and the energy of the individuals in class.
Each class is unique and may include Chakra/5 Element Yoga or 5 Tibetan Rites.
